退款政策

OVERVIEW

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ifungoo2026@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and the return shipping address.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ifungoo2026@gmail.com.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ifungoo2026@gmail.com and send your item to the return address we provide.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

Customer-paid return shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective or wrong items — we cover shipping:
If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged in transit, or wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us at ifungoo2026@gmail.com before shipping, and we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange carrier pickup at our cost.

Lost or delayed return shipments:
We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns. If a return package is delayed beyond 30 days from the date you shipped it, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim, and notify us at ifungoo2026@gmail.com so we can assist.

REFUND TIMELINE

The full refund timeline depends on the return shipping method:
- Return shipping transit time: 7-30 business days (depending on destination)
- Inspection and approval: 1-3 business days after we receive the return
- Bank processing: 7-14 business days after approval
- Total estimated refund time: 15-45 business days from the date you ship your return

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, unclaimed, or refused by the recipient), we will refund the purchase price minus:
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
- A 15% restocking fee, if applicable

BATTERY PRODUCTS RETURNS

Products containing lithium-ion batteries (B1, B3, B75S, B30H battery packs) must be returned in compliance with international dangerous goods regulations. The battery must be:
- Disconnected from the thruster unit
- Packed in the original battery packaging
- Shipped via ground transport or a carrier approved for lithium battery returns

We will refuse any battery return that does not meet these requirements, in the interest of transport safety.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
