OVERVIEW

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Huizhou, Guangdong, China. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

- China (Domestic): 3-7 business days (standard), 1-3 business days (express)
- Asia Pacific: 7-15 business days
- North America / Europe: 10-20 business days
- Rest of World: 15-30 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, local holidays, or carrier disruptions.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For international packages, you can track your order at 17track.net.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

ifungoo Power Technology is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, VAT, customs clearance fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

BATTERY SHIPPING NOTE

Several of our products ship with lithium-ion battery packs. Due to international air transport regulations (IATA), battery shipments may be subject to:
- Air transport restrictions to certain destinations
- Special packaging requirements
- Extended delivery times

We will contact you before shipping if your destination has restrictions that affect your order.

DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES

ifungoo Power Technology is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team at ifungoo2026@gmail.com to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may have already been processed. Please contact us at ifungoo2026@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
